On March 22, 2023, respondent filed electronically in the above-docketed matter a document designated Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. However, review shows that the submission involved unrelated taxpayers and was filed in the wrong case.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the purported Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction filed March 22, 2023, at Docket Entry #5, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
