Appeal, No. 4, Jan. T., 1968, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 66-10421, in case of Luch Stifnell and Anthony Stifnell v. Board of Adjustment of West Norriton Township. Order affirmed; reargument refused May 29, 1968.

Appeal by property owners from decision of zoning board of adjustment.

Opinion and order of zoning board affirmed, opinion by GROSHENS, P. J. Petition for allowance of appeal under Supreme Court Rule 68 1/2 filed by property owners and granted.
