On September 16, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, a Memorandum in Support thereof, and the Unsworn Declaration of Neil Stierhoff Under Penalty of Perjury in Support thereof (collectively, Motion). On October 3, 2022, respondent filed a Response to petitioner's Motion.
