Order modified by limiting the production of letters passing between the defendants and their former attorneys to those relating to the organization of Stewart Estate, Inc., and, as so modified, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to respondent; examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Kapper, Hagarty and Davis, JJ., concur.
