DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Jeffrey L. Zimring, Esq. to withdraw as attorney of record for respondent Timothy A. Stewart.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until the expiration of 30 days from the date of this decision and order, which shall be mailed to respondent by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to respondent to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321(c) or to proceed representing himself on the appeal.
