ORDER

PER CURIAM

Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

On April 18, 2024, this Court entered an order abating the appeal. The Court on its own motion extends the abatement to give the trial court time to comply with this Court's order dated April 18, 2024. After any hearings held, the trial court shall forward its findings to the District Clerk of Bexar County, Texas, on or before June 21, 2024. The District Clerk shall prepare and forward a supplemental clerk's record containing the findings and forward the same to this Court on or before July 1, 2024. Further, the transcript of the hearing shall be prepared, certified, and filed with this Court on or before July 1, 2024. The case shall be abated until July 1,2024, or the hearing record is received, whichever occurs first.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
