We REINSTATE this appeal.

By order dated April 12, 2016, we abated this case for the trial court to hold a hearing and make findings on why appellant's brief had not been filed. Appellant filed his brief April 29, 2016, along with a motion to extend time to file. Because findings are no longer required, we VACATE our April 12, 2016 order.

We GRANT appellant's motion to extend time, and the brief received by this Court is ordered timely FILED as of the date of this order.
