Motion to partially vacate stay and to expedite appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the stay is vacated with respect to ordered paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the judgment of Supreme Court, dated September 24, 2019, and only insofar as those paragraphs relate to currently pending or future applications.
