MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Patricia Stewart's motion to reconsider the Court's order of December 14, 2000 is denied. In her motion, Patricia Stewart claims the provision of home health care services for her daughter, LaShalia Stewart, is not at issue in any state court action. This is not true. Exhibit A to the Attorney General's status report dated June 25, 2001 is a decision issued by the Illinois Department of Human Services ("IDHS"). The decision clearly shows the provision of home health services to LaShalia Stewart was directly at issue.
