This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Baltimore, Maryland, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 11, 2022. On March 21, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report apprising the Court that a basis for settlement in this case had been reached and that respondent requires time to send and received back a signed decision document from petitioner. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 11, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further
