ORDER

On March 7, 2022, petitioner filed in the above docked matter a Motion for Leave To File Out of Time First Amended Petition and simultaneously lodged therewith the corresponding First Amended Petition, as well as a document designated an Affidavit of Deborah Stewart in Support of First Amended Petition. The latter consisted of an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's just referenced Motion for Leave To File Out of Time First Amended Petition, filed March 7, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file petitioner's First Amended Petition, lodged March 7, 2022, as of the date of this Order is served. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file petitioner's affidavit, lodged March 7, 2022, as an Application for Waiver Filing Fee as of the date of this Order is served. It is further

ORDERED that the Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is granted, and the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case is waived.
