This case is currently calendared on the Court's Columbus, Ohio, remote trial session, scheduled to begin January 31, 2022.

On January 19, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the status of this case. On the call, petitioners Tony and Angie Stewart indicated that they would like a continuance and respondent's counsel stated that had he had no objection. We will strike this case from the trial session and restore it to the general docket. Accordingly, it is
