This case is calendared for trial on the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. On November 5, 2021, respondent filed an unopposed motion for continuance. The motion states that settlement discussions are still ongoing, and petitioner requested additional time to submit documentation to support her position.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance of trial is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session and is continued generally.
