This case is calendared for trial at the March 20, 2023, Columbus, Ohio, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On February 7, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute (motion to dismiss). Respondent has attempted to contact petitioner by phone and email, numerous times, but petitioners have been unresponsive. Petitioners' views on the granting of this motion are unknown.

ORDERED that, on or before February 28, 2023, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's motion to dismiss. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute.
