ORDER
The City of San Antonio has filed written notice with this court that appellant did not serve the City of San Antonio with copies of the documents she has filed. "At or before the time of a document's filing, the filing party must serve a copy on all parties to the proceeding." TEX. R. APP. P. 9.5(a). It is therefore ORDERED that appellant serve the City of San Antonio with copies of all documents filed in this appeal.
