When this case was called and recalled from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at San Francisco, California on November 7, 2022, the parties appeared and were heard. When the case was recalled, petitioner had retained counsel and counsel for petitioner made an oral motion for continuance and respondent's counsel did not object.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's oral motion to continue is granted. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is hereby retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before January 6, 2023, either submit a stipulated decision document or file a status report(s) (joint or separate) advising the Court as to the then present status of this case. Any report filed shall state with specificity the remaining issues in this matter.
