Appellants, Stevie Trucking Corporation and William Rawlings, have filed an unopposed motion to dismiss their appeal because the parties have settled their differences.
We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
