ANDREW STEVENS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On July 26, 2023, while apparently attempting to enter an appearance on behalf of petitioner in this case and Docket No. 6182-22, attorney Jeffrey L. Cohen improperly filed both entries of appearance as one docket entry in this case (Entry of Appearance, Docket Index No. 29). Mr. Cohen is advised that an entry of appearance must be separately filed in each case in which he seeks to enter an appearance.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Entry of Appearance, filed July 26, 2023, is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
