DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal, for permission to file late notice of appeal, to consolidate appeals, for permission to proceed as a poor person, for assignment of counsel and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated March 22, 2023 and for permission to file a late notice of appeal is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate appeal Nos. CV-23-1018 and CV-23-2292, for permission to proceed as a poor person, for assignment of counsel and for further relief is denied, without costs, as academic.
