DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 8, 2013, and February 11, 2013, respectively, and to stay enforcement of the order dated February 11, 2013, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
