Appellants having moved pursuant to CPLR 5520 for permission to file a corrected notice of appeal in the Niagara County Clerk's office on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orleans on August 20, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Laurel J. Eveleigh, Esq., dated January 4, 2019, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellants may file a corrected notice of appeal with the Niagara County Clerk, and said appeal is deemed timely and valid.
