In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Stevard LLC v. S-R Investments LLC , case No. 1-22-0623 (07/14/22), dismissing the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. The appellate court is directed to consider whether it has jurisdiction under Illinois Supreme Court Rule 301 and determine if a different result is warranted.
