DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants-respondents on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 13, 2011, for leave to reargue that branch of their prior motion which was to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 16, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
