Appeal from an order insofar as it denies plaintiffs' motion to examine defendant board of education of the city of New York before trial as an adverse party. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
