DAMAGES, § 525sufficiency of evidence to sustain award of damages. In action to recover for damages resulting to plaintiff's building when skidded into by defendant's truck, evidence was sufficient to support jury's finding that plaintiff suffered damages to extent of $350.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. LAMBERT K. HAYES, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in third division, first district, this court at October term, 1942.
