ORDER
Appellant filed her brief on the merits on September 29, 2020. By letter dated October 7, 2020, we instructed appellant to file, within ten days, an amended brief correcting noted deficiencies. Appellant tendered her amended brief on October 22nd. Because appellant filed her amended brief after the due date, we sent appellant a postcard notice instructing her to file an extension motion.
Before the Court is appellant's November 5, 2020 motion requesting a sixty-day extension of time to file her amended brief. We GRANT the motion to the extent that we ORDER appellant's amended brief tendered to this Court on October 22nd filed as of the date of this order.
Appellee's brief on the merits is due December 9, 2020.
