On October 20, 2023, respondent filed a status report in the above-docketed matter. In the report, respondent indicated that, on July 3, 2023, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida entered an order of dismissing petitioner's bankruptcy case. Respondent attached to the report a copy of the Bankruptcy Court's order of dismissal, as well as further orders denying subsequent motions from petitioner. The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the stay of proceedings herein is lifted, and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition. It is further

ORDERED that the time in which respondent shall file supplement to the pending Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, as set forth in the Court's prior Order served May 24, 2023, is hereby extended to November 13, 2023.
