Order unanimously modified by granting the relief sought by plaintiff in her order to show cause, dated February 6, 1943, unless defendants appear for examination before trial on or before April 20, 1943, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to respondent. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
