DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 13, 2021. Motion by Hach & Rose, L.L.P., for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant and, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw as counsel is denied without prejudice to renew by order to show cause, served upon all parties, which may include a request for leave to file an accompanying supporting affirmation under seal for in camera review by this Court; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal is denied.
