Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 20, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion, deemed one to vacate the dismissal of appeal (22 NYCRR 1250.10[c]), is granted, the dismissal vacated, the appeal reinstated, and the time to perfect said appeal is extended to the May 2020 Term.
