It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed October 12, 2016, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered September 7, 2016, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed for failure to timely perfect (see 22 NYCRR 1000.12 [a]).
