Action to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff's intestate as the result of having been struck by an automobile owned by defendant Wand, and driven by defendant Powers, an employee of the corporate defendant. Judgment in favor of defendants, entered on the verdict of a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
