Appeal, No. 260, Oct. T., 1958, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Montour County, May T., 1950, No. 27, in case of Charles M. Steininger et ux. v. Charles Brady, defendant, and Charles M. Steininger, additional defendant. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries and property damage. Before KREISHER, P.J.

Verdicts, for plaintiff wife in the sum of $580.50 and against defendant and additional defendant; verdict for defendant and against additional defendant; plaintiff's and additional defendant's motions for new trial denied; judgment entered on the verdict. Additional defendant appealed.
