Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by appellant, a passenger, asleep on the back seat of an automobile which was in collision with the defendant's automobile. Judgment entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of defendant unanimously affirmed, with costs, under section 106 of the Civil Practice Act.
