This case was on the March 21, 2022 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar. On November 23, 2021 we spoke with the parties and learned that petitioner wanted to try to settle at IRS Appeals. The parties recently reported that they've had their first settlement conference and that they expect more information to be exchanged. The parties reasonably ask to report again in three months if they haven't settled, and it is

ORDERED that on or before May 23, 2022 the parties shall file a status report to describe their progress toward settlement at IRS Appeals.
