BASED ON THE STIPULATION by and between plaintiff Steiner Corporation and defendant Servitex, Inc. it is ordered that plaintiffs Complaint in this action be dismissed, with prejudice, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
