Respondent Cranes Roost Villas Homeowners Association's motion to strike initial brief is granted. Petitioner Michael S. Stein's initial brief is hereby stricken.

Respondent Cranes Roost Villas Homeowners Association's motion to dismiss with prejudice is granted. This case is hereby dismissed.

Respondent Cranes Roost Villas Homeowners Association's motion for attorney fees is granted in the amount of $2500.

Petitioner Michael S. Stein, is hereby directed to show cause on or before September 10, 2014, why Cranes Roost Villas Homeowners Association's motion to prohibit pro se filings should not be granted regarding Stein's foreclosure case. See State v. Spencer, 751 So.2d 47 (Fla.1999).
