Order denying motion for an order directing cancellation and discharge of record of a judgment in favor of plaintiff and the vacating of an execution against property on the ground that the judgment is fully paid and discharged, affirmed, with fifty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
