WHEREFORE, having reviewed the parties' Stipulated Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' RICO Claims Against Defendants Frank L. Davis, Harvest Marketing, L.L.C., and First Harvest Marketing, L.L.C., the Court hereby ORDERS that said motion is GRANTED, and ORDERS that all of Plaintiff's RICO claims against Defendants Frank L. Davis, Harvest Marketing, L.L.C., and First Harvest Marketing, L.L.C. are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
