DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for order directing pro hac vice admission of Jennifer K. Zalnasky, Esq., an attorney admitted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, pursuant to section 520.1 (a) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and Jennifer K. Zalnasky, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing defendants Berkshire County Sheriff's Office, Thomas Bowler, Scott Colbert, Massachusetts State Police, David Brian Foley, Berkshire County District Attorney's Office, David F. Capeless and Richard Locke upon the appeal.
