Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed November 16, 2022, on the grounds that no notice of deficiency or notice of determination sufficient to confer jurisdiction upon this Court was issued to petitioner for petitioner's 2020 tax year, petitioner having no objection to the granting of respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is granted and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
