Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute, filed August 19, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the above-reference motion is set for hearing when the case is called from the calendar at the time, date, and place shown in the Court's Order, served July 12, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service, the Clerk of Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order and respondent's motion on petitioner at 2200 Park Pl., #414, Birmingham, AL 35203.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to appear at the hearing could result in the entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
