ORDER
Before Chief Justice Burns, Justice Molberg, and Justice Nowell
Before the Court is appellant's May 27, 2020 combined amended motion for rehearing and motion for stay of the proceedings pending production of the reporter's record or supreme court review. We DENY the motion for rehearing. As to the motion for stay, we GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT that we (1) DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to mail appellant a copy of the reporter's record of the January 13, 2020 proceeding and (2) ORDER Antoinette Reagor, Official Court Reporter for the 68th Judicial District Court, to file written verification a record exists of the proceedings held July 10, 2019, August 7, 2019, and September 11, 2019 and the cost for preparing the record of those proceedings. Ms. Reagor shall file the requested verification no later than June 24, 2020 and shall provide a copy to all parties.
On our own motion, we EXTEND the deadline, set by the Court's May 18, 2020 order, for appellant to pay the first $250 installment for the clerk's record to June 26, 2020. We further EXTEND the deadline for appellant to file with the Court written verification of the first payment to June 30, 2020. We again caution appellant that failure to file the requested verification will result in the appeal being dismissed without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b).
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre, Ms. Reagor, and the parties.
