ORDER
By opinion of this date, we have affirmed the trial court's order granting appellees' challenge to appellant's indigency. The trial court's order directed appellant to pay the fee for the clerk's record and reporter's record in installments of $250 per month and $500 per month, respectively.
We note that at the time of the trial court's order, it appeared a record of the underlying proceedings had been made. The court reporter, however, has since informed the Court that no record exists for the hearing dates appellant has requested-June 26, 2019, July 17, 2019, August 17, 2019, and September 11, 2019.
Accordingly, with respect to the reporter's record, we ORDER appellant to file, no later than May 26, 2020, written verification that either he is requesting the record of additional hearings and the dates of those hearings or that no other hearing records are being requested. As to the clerk's record, we ORDER appellant to pay the first $250 installment for the clerk's fee no later than June 1, 2020 and to pay the remaining installment(s) on the first of each month thereafter until the fee is paid in full. We further ORDER appellant to file with the Court written verification of each payment no later than the fifth of each month.
We caution appellant that failure to file the requested verification concerning the reporter's record will result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record; failure to file the requested verification concerning the clerk's record will result in the appeal being dismissed without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b),(c).
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre; Antoinette Reagor, Official Court Reporter for the 68th Judicial District Court; and, the parties.
