ORDER

Appellant's brief was originally due to be filed on October 9, 2013. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a). On October 11, 2013, Appellant filed a first motion for extension of time to file the brief until fifteen days after a supplemental clerk's record is filed. Appellant noted that neither the jury charge nor the jury's verdict was included in the clerk's record. Appellant's motion contained a copy of his request to supplement the record that Appellant mailed to the Madison County District Clerk.

Appellant's motion is GRANTED. We ORDER the Madison County District Clerk's office to file the supplemental clerk's record as Appellant has requested within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. We direct the clerk of this court to deliver a copy of this order to the Madison County District Clerk.

Appellant's brief will be due FIFTEEN DAYS after the supplemental clerk's record is filed.
