ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

No notice sufficient to confer jurisdiction upon the Court in this case was attached to the petition filed September 27, 2021. On December 17, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. To date, no objection or other response has been received in response to the Court's Order issued March 28, 2022. Accordingly, and for the reasons set forth in respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
