On August 1, 2024, appellants filed a combined motion for extension of time to file a brief and a motion to withdraw. We grant the motion in part and deny in part. We grant appellants' extension of time for 60 days with no further extensions absent extraordinary circumstances. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(d). Because appellants' motion to withdraw does not comply with Rule 6.5, this portion of the motion is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5. The Court would consider an amended motion to withdraw.
