LINDA JOYCE, DIRECTOR, STATE CENTRAL REGISTER FOR CHILD ABUSE AND MALTREATMENT REGISTER, AS PART OF DIVISION OF CHILD WELFARE AND COMMUNITY SERVICES, AND SHEILA POOLE, ACTING COMMISSIONER, NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES, RESPONDENTS.


PRESENT:

Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on May 6, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Matthew Albert, Esq., sworn to June 30, 2016, the statement of Jessica Dombkiewicz dated June 29, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before July 29, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that respondents' briefs shall be filed and served on or before September 2, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing.
