This case was called for trial at the Trial Session of the Court at St. Paul, Minnesota on May 20, 2024. Both parties appeared and were heard. Respondent requested to reclassify petitioner's filing at docket entry 23 titled First Amendment to Petition to be relabeled as Petitioner's Pretrial Memorandum. Petitioner intended this filing to be considered their response to the thirty day Notice and Standing Pretrial Order. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is
