ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Jamar Staten appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Pettis County denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following his trial and convictions for assault in the first degree and armed criminal action. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
